At NewDay, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your subscription. Here’s what you need to know about our cancellation policy:

  1. Monthly Subscriptions:
    • You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to the app and its content until the end of your current billing period. After this period, you will not be charged, and your access will be downgraded to the free tier.
  2. Annual Subscriptions:
    • Annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However, you will continue to have access to the app and its content until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be given for cancellations partway through the subscription period.

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that our users are satisfied with their experience on NewDay. If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, we offer the following refund policy:

  1. Monthly Subscriptions:
    • Refunds for monthly subscriptions are not typically offered. If you believe there has been a billing error or other issue, please contact our support team within 14 days of the charge for assistance.
  2. Annual Subscriptions:
    • If you are not satisfied with your annual subscription, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account details and reason for the refund.
  3. Special Circumstances:
    • In certain special circumstances, we may consider refunds beyond the stated policies. These are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.
